Statement of Beliefs

We believe in God as a Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe that Jesus came down from heaven, was born and lived on the earth. That He died, was raised from the dead and ascended into heaven and sits with the Father, and that He will return again to gather His followers to be with Him in a kingdom that will last for eternity

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully man and fully God and has uniquely revealed to humanity the love and grace of God and the reality of the Kingdom of God.

We believe that Jesus died on the cross to demonstrate the length to which the love of God goes and that he rose from the tomb on the third day after his crucifixion and death.

By His death on the cross, we believe that the sins of men and women are forgiven and that God accepts this sacrifice and is willing to forgive everyone who would personally seek forgiveness and redemption.

We believe in the divine inspiration and God-given authority of the sixty-six books of the Bible as laid out in the Old and New Testament Holy Scriptures. We believe they are the written Word of God—fully trustworthy for all areas of Christian discipleship, faith and conduct.

We believe that the counsel, gift and actions of the Holy Spirit are freely available to those who place their trust in God.

We believe that God is wonderfully present in a profound way as we practically live out the teachings of Jesus, regularly gather together and share in the Lords supper, and as we personally seek the heart of God.
